dina pwede malagyannyan ng mgc sir pero try mo ito step by step::
Go to setting>>mobile network>>acces point names>>pindutin mo globe sim>>add acces point names(apn)>>lagay moto

set as defaulr apn then save..>>go to settings again>>go to about phone>>status>>then tidnan mo kung 10.11xx or 10.83xx ip adrress mo if not cdc trick on/off data.. if pag nag unavailable yung ip back to about phone them go again to status until makitabmk yung ip na 10.11.xx or 10.83.xx if wla parin wag kana umasa di pwede sa sim mo MGC
