no need to do anything after installing IDM, it will automatically pop up when you're going to download something from the web. or if you want to download any video online from any sites you'll see an icon on top of it and you'll be able to download the video from there.
try mong sundan yung reply ko dun sa isang user sa 1st page. it might help ya fix the problem.
its just a false positive detection from your anti virus since the p@tcher is needed to modify some IDM registries for the h@ck to work,just temporarily disable your AV or add the p@tcher to your AV's list of excluded item to scan para kahit bukas ung AV mo di sya madedetect. but i can assure you that its not something to be concerned of, the p@tcher i mean.
