Hello, I have concerns about the icons that I downloaded on my PC. This just started when I reset my PC. Every time I download something (e.g. Google or other software) when a shortcut folder is made in my desktop there is always two blue arrow lines on the top right corner of the icons. I tried searching for solutions online on how I can fix this but I still cant. Anyone out there who can help me fix this issue? Please help.. :(

Ps.
If there is already an existing thread regarding to this problem I do apologize.

Na upload ko na.. Kita ba sya?? Pa help po please..
