Your file configuration seems to be working, but there are problems to it according to my location.

Problems:

2) The connection's ping is 300-above, it is bad but if you are patient it can work out.
3) The promised speed is not met (thread starter claimed) or it's below 3mbps.
4) Disconnected after a short time or before an hour the file was activated
5) Certain websites or apps won't work.

Benefits:

1) The connection connected fast and easy.

What I've Noticed:

1) Ping is low and high sometimes.
2) Speed changes constantly, Fast to Slow. Also Slow to Fast.
5) It needs a promo to work.
6) If supported, a globe switch promo is needed to work.

B - Good,
C - Catching Up or Almost to buffer,
D - There is buffer but it can catch up in seconds,
E - There is buffer, it can take 30 seconds above to continue playing the video.

Conclusion:

I wasn't able to YouTube but I can light browse. Good for emergency.
