Your file configuration seems to be working perfectly on my location. Well done!

Problems:

2) The connection's ping is 300-above, it is bad but if you are patient it can work out.

Benefits:

1) The connection connected fast and easy.
6) No need for promo.

What I've Noticed:

2) Speed changes constantly, Fast to Slow. Also Slow to Fast.
3) Short DC, but reconnected within seconds.

A - Fast,
B - Good,
C - Catching Up or Almost to buffer,
D - There is buffer but it can catch up in seconds,
E - There is buffer, it can take 30 seconds above to continue playing the video.
144 - A
360 - A
720 - B

Conclusion:

High ping, this affects the speed. I tried it with 720p60 it does buffer a little long. But that's because of the ping. But it good it can load it out in the end. Good for everyday use!
