Your file configuration seems to be working, but there are problems to it according to my location.

1)The connection has a High ping
2)The promised speed is not met (5mbps above)
3)Certain websites or apps won't work

Pros:
No need for a promo and instant connect

Cons:
High ping, some apps won't act properly when it needs internet, and sluggish speed.

Final Rating:
1.5/3 - good for backup, singtel was used for this test.
