It seems that your battery percentage shows incorrect it happens to some phones. Have you tried to callibrate your phone? There are many apps in the play store I think you also need it to root it. I forgot but that did the job for me.

Please give me the name of apps . and what is callibrate ? My phone is not rooted

Try "Battery Calibration" first app in play store. You don't need root for it too.
