Giving up is avoiding to hurt someone. More like letting go to prevent more pain on that someone. I would gladly let go. Why hold on when that person wants to go? Let him / her be but make sure you made them understand that once they are given up, there is no coming back.

Life isnt about the antiques that you hide in the closet and attic. It is about living, evolving and being happy about the choices you make.

Heartbreak or not, giving up is still your best option to start afresh, your hard reset button.
