PHGanito nangyayari: kapag nag press ka ng alt, para bang toggle-mode. Lalabas yung menu bar and accessible yung accelerators.
e.g. sa Explorer, pag pinindot mo yung alt, may lalabas na H, S, V sa Home, Share and View. Then from there parang naka-lock yung alt at pwede mo i-press yung mga menus without holding the key. It just happened - poof - ganun lang. I don't even know what key combinations I press, neither there was a sound notification when it happened.
Wala namang problema sa iba -- working yung alt-tab, working yung kahit anong key combination with alt. Surprisingly, pressing alt, release, then press tab will not switch windows (aka alt-tab).
Nakakainis lang kasi gamit na gamit ko yung alt then pag press mo mag sshift yung focus sa menu bar, effectively causing menus to pop-up kapag yung next key mo eh hotkey (alt -> F for example). Kunyari nasa browser ka, mapindot mo lang yung alt lalabas yung menu asar.
