🔒 Closed Help fixing payload

I am finding difficulties to set a working payload for our operator, and i am seaking help
If anyone can help this is the full informations :
1- Operator : Djezzy ALGERIA
2- free sites : internet.djezzy.net (Open port 80); wikipedia.org; tariki.dz (Open port 80, 443)

I have tried many times, the best result I could get is by using :
tariki.dz as host and a proxy (Port 80)

you can't use the site tariki.dz as proxy , because its not a proxy

Ok, so there is a problem in proxy
but is there a proxy or a way to find one ?
