i force to format my cousins phone due to multiple apps istalled.
i asked him the account but he can't remember.
i tried mine. but it says . need the first account were last signed in
(by the way binta ng snatcher yung phone hahha)
what will i do to use this phone again??

You mean Bags ni hard reset siya. then ngayon humihinge ng first gmail account pero limot na or hindi alam? hmmm. FRP locked. Try mo OTG bypass app or sidesync.

N1ghtmare I fixed mine by flashing a custom rom. If you have a custom recovery installed, baka sakali ka cx
