PUBLIC ADVISORY:
Globe Telecom and Smart Communications, Inc. will temporarily suspend mobile services in Quiapo, Manila and surrounding areas starting 3PM today in compliance to a directive from the Philippine National Police through the National Telecommunications Center for safety purposes.
