❓ Help Where to start reading?

Ako'y hilong hilo na sa kakalabas pasok ko sa mga forums/threads. Wala akong magets kasi hindi ko alam kung saan ko sisimulang magbasa. Pwede nyo po ba akong tulungan? Bago lang po kasi ako sa mga ganitong gawain. So sana maintindihan nyo ang aking nararamdaman. LOL

Ang hinahanap ko po ay free fast (if possible) mobile internet. I'm Globe and TM user, Pampanga location, samsung galaxy s2 (rooted) phone ko. If meron din po Settings for Huawei pocket wifi, much better. hehe

Please help me.

P.S. Paki inform din po ako if yung info na ibibigay nyo ay kailangan ng certain app. or it was just a configuration.
