Try nyo ito. Download "hosts editor" sa playstore. Kung hindi ka maka playstore search mo lang sa google "hosts editop apk" then download and install. Open mo host editor pag na install na. Try mo check lahat ng entry at pindutin "#" na sign para mapalitan host mo. then try mo na kung na solved problem mo. Kung ayaw pa balik ulot sa hosts editor. Uncheck naman lahat ng entry ngyon then check mo kung na solved na prob mo.

Sa tingin ko makukuha sa hard reset yan pero burado lahat laman ng cp mo pics videos. Except na lang pag nakasave mga files mo sa external storage mo (sdcard)

Oh kaya kung rooted ka dl ka ng root browser.
Tapos open mo device/etc/hosts
Then edit mo ung host file , erase evrything then paste this1. 27.0.0.1 localhost
Reboot tas ok na.

Go to

/system/etc/

then delete the host file and reboot. to create an new one.

Reason?

Naka blocked ng host ng google server sa host file mo.

Tapos open mo device/etc/hosts
Then edit mo ung host file , erase evrything then paste this1. 27.0.0.1 localhost
Reboot tas ok na.
