tumawag ako sa smart customer service sabi ko bakit nawala network connection ko pero my signal naman ako. 3g no network connection lng. sabi ng operator normal lng daw nawawala ang net connection dahil pag d daw ginagami at naka.open ang net connection my posibilidad daw na ma virus ang network connection mo. kya nawala sya. pero mababalik lng ang snet connection ko gagawa sya ng report. monetor kolng signal ko para malaman kong nabailk naba. para iwas daw sa ganintong problem ugaliin daw patayin ang net connection pag di ginagamit ang internet. para iwas katay sa H+ or 4g.
