I'll provide the link later
After downloading & installing open the app a small windowed application will open then press the L4D Pingtool icon,press setting then press target address and then put this there → 127.0.0.1 ← scroll down and find "Logging Interval" set it to "0",this is optional but it will help you if your phone gets laggy after this,scroll down again and find " Number of Logs" again set it to "0",done!
Note:this app increases your connection's statibility not speed.
