❓ Help Laguna area, pasok!

May tanong lang ako 'no? I bought a Smart pocket wifi, and of course it is useless since patapon ang signal ng Smart dito. The question is, do you guys experience the same? Super slow internet connection, weak signal and some other stuffs related issues to that. I need an answer Lol, baka ako lang ang ganito.
