Go to settings and follow this setting

Go to mobile network and select access name then new apn

Name:MyGlobe INET
Apn:You do not have permission to view the full content of this post. Log in or register now.
Proxy:10.8.0.102
Port:80

Then open psiphon

Check the remove port
And select real host
Proxy server:m.facebook.com
Real proxy server:10.8.0.102
Then save
