Hi. Ask ko lang, pagbukas ko ng laptop ko hanggang loading sya. Paano ba to? Mga isang oras nakong nag aantay. Kasi usually pagbukas, lalabas na yung sa pagtytpan ng password. Pero ngayon wala hanggang loading lang talaga sya. Ano ibig sabihin nito? Thanks

May isinaksak ka po bang bagong usb device? Or jack tulad ng headset?

Try mo po munang iremove yung pinlug mo. icheck nyo po kung makapasok na sa welcome screen.

Try remove mo, ang sinaksak nyo ts, then reboot!

Ayaw po talaga bumukas at umalis sa loading kahit anong pindot nya

Okay na po huhuhu pipindutin lang pala ng matagal ung home button tapos buksan uli hahaha

Mabuti naman ts at naayos na, may way kasi para bumalik yun. Kung sakaling gumanun ulit, pindutan mo lang ng matagal yung f8 instantly pagkapower on nya. Tapos pwede ka ng pumili ng mode, try mo yung safe mode. Then if nagload na, iba yung vuew nun kesa sa normal. Then poweroff, then turn on na lang, wag na pindutin yung f8.
