Just use mgc for Connection.
If none then create: goto settings->mobile
networks->Access Point Name-> Create new:

Psiphon Settings:
Fq: dloadstation.com
Filter: 10.200.123.234
Remove port: Checked
Proxy type: no proxy

Proxy server: m.globe.com.ph
Real proxy type: Inject
Real proxy server: 198.7.57.19.3126
Port: 80 or 8080
Then save!
Go to advanced
Connect through http proxy: Checked
Use the following settings: marked
Host: 203.177.42.214
Port: 8080
press back and choose UK server or any fast server
that suitable in your location then connect, Enjoy!
