Kanina ku lng ginawa at successful talaga sya pero ang processing nya ay 2hours para bumalik ang data indicator no smart.
All you need to do is:

* text an sms to 211 and 5555*
SET N70 to 211
3G ON to 211
INTERNET ON to 211
ACTIVATE to 211
OFF POWERAPP to 5555
ON POWERAPP 5555
ALERT OFF to 211
ALERT ON to 211

Then dial tricks

*121*5*4*2*1#
*121*5*4*1*1#
*121*1*1#

After doing this restart your phone and use other sim card for turning data.
Stay your block sim data off for about 1-2 hours and turn your smart sim data after 2 hours given..

Boom..your are now able to browse again and your sim data will be activated..
Works for me..and hope it will be works for you..kasi napakakapagod na kasing palagi kang tumatawag sa customer service ng smart at 24hrs pa nila kung e process at kailangan mo pa e followup.
