MANILA - Telecommunications company Smart on Sunday apologized to Smart and Sun subscribers in Cavite, Laguna, Batangas and Quezon for disruptions in mobile and internet services.

Smart said it has already deployed technical teams to restore services, although no specific timeline was mentioned.

"We apologize for the inconvenience and ask for your patience and understanding as our technical teams work to restore services as soon as possible," it added.
