punta sa control panel > network and internet > network and sharing center
click niyo yung koneksyon niyo > properties > double click niyo yung "internet protocol version 4 (TCP/IPv4)
tapos set niyo na tong custom dns nato

208.67.222.222

sa ssR naman , right click niyo si ssr sa icon tray > global settings set niyo to sa dns

DNS:222.127.186.200
Reconnect times:5
Timeout:5
TTL:5

yun lang , try niyo na agad mag you tube
sana may improvement sa inyo , sa akin kasi meron :)

hehe .. yun oh , na try ko rin yung iba jan .. pero mas better sakin yung OpenDns kahit peak hours , mabilis sa youtube kahit pa hotspot lang gamit ko ^^
