🔒 Closed Help with postern/shadowsocks...

Hi all,
please i'm from Africa , and i need some help from postern and shadowsocks users .
my ISP allows the connection , but it's verry slow : i can only acces the first page and then i receive no more data ! i think it's filtred by the ISP.
is there any way to bypass the filtration and get it working faster ?

it was working when we have some working bug hosts , but now all hosts are closed and there's no working proxy , only shadowsocks !

Yes .but not working ! i just need to know what are the ips and hosts that i should put on the rules: DIRECTIP-CIDR, DIRECTDOMAIN-SUFFIX,...Can you explain me the meaning of these rules ? Thank you for you help !
