🔒 Closed Please help, bayantel internet problems

We've been using bayantel communications for 2 years and we encounter problems every single time we needed it. So, last night, we had internet. In the morning, the internet was gone. The dsl and internet led light isnt lighting up. It was just last week we called someone to repair it. They gave us a new wire saying the old one is broken. But, as of right now, its broken ( again ) and I really don't know how to fix it. I tried resetting it, closing it for hours. But the other bad thing is that, there is not dial tone. We can't call them. Which really sucks. Please if you have a fix for this, do tell.
