2. On the mobile phone go to ‘Write Message’, Type RETOFF(SPACE)SMSPassword
Ex.: RETOFF 123456
3. send to LC access number 0905 2031345 / 0905 2031346.

Once successful, log in using 123456 as default webtool password and change your webtool password immediately. And since the account is a retailer, please make sure also that the sms and webtool password should be different from each other to avoid also locking of the account .
