before I tell you the answer, please check whether your English is grammatically correct and also please specify your questions because it is just to vague to be understand by us. going back to your "question", if my guess is right, are you referring to Globe Telecoms? if yes, there is a way that you can connect to the internet for free by using Shadowsocks or if you are from Visayas/Mindanao you can connect to the internet for free using Http Injector. You can search and download some configs here in PHC
EDIT: Sorry Just checked your profile and you're from Nepal right? I'm not really sure if our configs for injector will work for you since your internet provider is different from our ISP's here in the Philippines, I suggest that you look for forums that is based on Nepal so that you can find what you are looking for in terms of having free internet

I'm not really sure if I can help you since we are not familiar with your network provider in Nepal since this is a Philippine based forum and the configurations here are only meant for ISP's inside the Philippines
