Follow the steps:
1.) Disconnect your internet connection, and disable any Anti-Virus. IMPORTANT
Huwag mag alala, pwde nyo edelete ang crack pagkatpos ng "STEP 11" http://www.phc.onl/#forbidden#.com/images/smilies/new/thumbsup.gif
2.) Install the application by double clicking on " CafeManila.exe"
3.) After install, click on "FINISH" button. And open the application from desktop, go to General Settings and put Unlock Password, then click ok and Exit. IMPORTANT
4.) Extract Crack Files to...
C:\Program Files (x86)\Cafe Manila\Cafe Manila Server
The café manila directory.
Look like this…
5.) Open and Run the Café Manila Server1.9.7-fin1
6.) After install, click on "FINISH" button. And open the application Café Manila 1.9.0.6 from desktop, login and Exit. IMPORTANT
7.)Go back to…
C:\Program Files (x86)\Cafe Manila\Cafe Manila Server
Delete or Cut and backup the
“Cafe Manila Server.XmlSerializers”
8.) And now Go to start menu / run cmd and type services.msc click ok.
Search for Cafe Manila Service and WebClient
Right click on it and click properties / General tab look into Startup type, arrow down and select Disable from Automatic

9.) Next go to..
Control Panel / System and Security / Windows Firewall / Advance Settings / Outbound Rules / Right click on outbound rules and and select New Rule
On the Rule Type
Select Program click next
Select This Program Path Click Browse.
Navigate to..
C:\Program Files (x86)\Cafe Manila\
Open Cafe Manila Server and Click next
Select Block Connection and click next
Check on Domain, Private and Public click next
Type the name and Finish...
Also add Rule to..
Cafe Manila.exe
Cafe Manila Server1.9.7-fin1
CMPrinterService
Look like this...
10.) Edit Host File
Allow permission first.
Navigate to: C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc
right click host file / Properties / click on Security tab / click advance / highlight Users and click Change permissions / click edit / allow all permissions then click ok. .

Now open Host file with the notepad and paste this code…

11.) Restart the Machine, before plugging in your internet connection.

How to connect Clients?
1.) Install the application by double clicking on " CafeManilaClient.exe"
2.) After install, click on "FINISH" button. And open the application from start menu / all programs / Café Manila Client / Client
3.) Click Next.
4.) Click cancel server detection
5.) Put Server name or Ip Address
Note:
Kapag window 7 32/64bit ang OS server mo at window XP ang client na iko-conect mo, connect mo through computer server name, huwag IP address dahil hindi yan magko-connect sa pagkaka try ko.
6.) In server: Look into the lower part of workstation tab and click Clients.
7.) Right click the new added client and click Assign, choose the computer number of the client.
8.) Click ok.

Updated Resetter tested for win8.1(64 bit) (tested Server only, no client connections). Be sure you run it as admin, otherwise it wont work.

Instruction on how to use CM Resetter
1. Add to host file
127.0.0.1 license.cafemanila.net
2. Reboot your machine
3. Extract the downloaded files to C:\Program Files (x86)\Cafe Manila\Cafe Manila Server\Data
4. Test cafe resetter
