🔒 Closed How to speed up youtube buffering using "system.ini" file.

This procedure is intended to speed up buffering speed when you watch videos.
STEPS:
1.) Open system.ini.

A.) Click start
B.) Click run
C.) In the box type system.ini

OR

A.) Click This PC
B.) Open folder C:\Windows\system.ini

NOTE: MAKE SURE THAT YOUR ACCOUNT HAS A FULL PERMISSION IN SYSTEM.INI AND ALWAYS RUN AS ADMIN. CHECK MY SCREENSHOT.


2.) You should get system notepad file with this inside.

5.) Save the notepad file and reboot your system.
