Help naman po sa phone ko,every time na nakakonek ako sa internet my nagpapop up na ganyan tapos biglang mawawalan ng net..my nag aapear din na android logo sa notif bar ko at pag in-app info ko,ung whatsapp ang ung nkainstall..inuinstall ko ung whatsapp lagi tpos pag konekted na nmn sa internet nagpapop up na nmn yan at bumablik ung whatsapp,I tried factory reset at hard reset pero ganyan pa din..any ideas mga ka pH?

sa settings then APPS

remove mmcard po then reset ur phone..after that po insert ur mmcard then make another factory reset po..then restart ur phone.
