I would have suggested chia-anime.tv on top of the list considering your demand for a small-sized file, but based on personal experience, their list is kinda incomplete and some series are mixed up (sometimes episodes from other anime is included in a totally unrelated series). So if ever you decide to visit the site double check the list of episodes before you download.

Final advise is... Facebook.
Very convenient - use the search bar there.
Use a facebook video downloader app that lets you choose between HD and SD.
SD quality's just around 50mb to 60mb for a 25-minute video.

baka may irerecommend ka sa facebook paps. Hanggang episode 17 lang ako sa SAO II. Dinaanan ko na lahat ng site kailangan mag account or panay ads na.
