My own method ~

Disable all google applications first ( Google Services , Google Play Store Etc , )

Next goto settings > apps > clear all data

Next Restart Your Phone ~

Next Enable Google Services Only Goto Google Account ( Log - in or Sign - up )

No more verification ~
