baka magka-apo na lang kayo, wala naman mangyayari dyan. not because may pirma ng presidente, bibilis nga. there should be a solid definition of speed. anu ba ang mabilis? iba-iba kasi ang mabilis depende sa user. if globe or other telco contests na mabilis na ang speed for common use ng web, which is browsing, some moderate streaming, and moderate downloading, they can justify their speed. yes, huli ang pinas pagdating sa internet. pero if bibilisan naman, baka maging mahal pa lalo. 4g and lte is not cheap in terms of infrastructure and the deployment can take years.

again, speed is dependent sa user at kung anu ginagawa nya online.

about simcard registration, i doubt if papayag ba telcos dyan. kasi it can impact their business. and somehow, medyo may privacy concern ang ganyan. yes, pwede sa safety, pero it can be use as well against unknowing citizens.

Isa lang sinugurado nila man. Haha

In terms of speed naman po, kung solo mu lang internet mu d mu naman gaanong ramdam ung kabagalan siguro. Kung may mga nakikisawsaw or nakikikabit sa connection mu pwede mu naman gamitan ng port forwarding or mac filter d po ba? And nowadays mga pinoy mahilig sa streaming at social media. Marami man taung heavy user na mahilig mag.download ng mabibigat na files pero mas marami pa rin ung mga normal or slight user lang dba? Like you said it all depend on the users end. Agree na agree po ako dyan. But still there are ways or tricks na nagkalat para mapabilis ng kunti connection natin. Its a matter of research, trial and error. Mahal at mabagal man mag deploy ang government pero ang magagawa lang natin is mag.hintay.

Tama!
