Procedure:

- Install Latest HOT VPN From PS
- Go to Root Explorer or EZ File Explorer
- Change Permission to RW
- Go to Data/Data/hotvpn/vpndatacache
-PASTE 2 Files .XML and TXT File..
-Lastly Reboot Phone To make it Effective..
-Then Try to open the APP na po after Rebooted..
