🔒 Closed Windows 10 right click problems

Need help, windows 10 ready tong laptop ko pero pag mag right click ako sa loob ng folder .. or let's say sa mga files i right click ko nag ka crash yun at babalik sa desktop.. T.T na try ko na lahat ayaw parin.. sayang naman kasi tong OS na license win10 kung mag reformat ako.

2 possible cause either virus or corrupt system file

-1st. try mo muna i fix ang corrupt system file

-go to home click run>type "cmd" (run as admin)
-type "sfc /scannow" enter
-wait until scan completed it will fix automatically

-2nd scan your pc with licensed and updated anti-virus
