Hi, guys. Anybody here experienced transfering balance from an old closed account to a new created one after a deduplication? Wala kasi clarity agent about sa process nung pinaclose ko old account na may balance though hiningi niya naman details and balance. Nung magfollo-up naman ako sabi nga agent wag daw sila kokontakin uli unless nakalipas na 48 hours. I also tried checking the status of the ticket through the tickets page pero can't be found though nicopy paste ko lang naman siya from the email that I received. Thanks.
