Hi everyone,
I put together a small Excel template for my own use and decided to list it in case it helps anyone else here.
What it does:
Headers are in English and Chinese. Works in Excel, WPS, LibreOffice, and Google Sheets (import). Yellow cells are for your numbers, blue cells are formulas — that's all you need to know to use it.
It's a one-time $0.99 download here: You do not have permission to view the full content of this post. Log in or register now.
Not a get-rich thing, just a practical little tool. Happy to answer questions about how the sheets work.

What it does:
- Monthly budget sheet: income vs expenses (12 categories), budget vs actual with difference and % used calculated automatically
- Expense log: record spending per entry, it totals up by category with a chart (SUMIF formulas, no manual adding)
- Debt snowball sheet: enter your balances, APR and minimum payments, and it ranks your debts smallest-to-largest and estimates payoff months. Change one "extra payment" number and the plan updates.
