That waitlist screen is a region message, not a code problem — a code can't unlock a country Muse hasn't launched in yet. As of late October the confirmed launches are the US, Canada, and Japan (Oct 23). If you're seeing the waitlist, the account was created from an unsupported region; the code step only matters once you're actually able to sign up, and then it has to be within 48 hours of joining.
