Free Internet for Globe SIM Using MyGlobe Connect APN, works even with zero load.
(This connection is slower compared to the other trick we posted last time but this one has not been blocked for months now so we are reposting it again)
Instructions:
1. Use MyGlobe Connect APN, if you do not have that APN just use the settings below to make one:
APN: You do not have permission to view the full content of this post. Log in or register now.
Proxy: 203.177.42.214
Port: 8080
Leave other settings as is, afterwards be sure to have MyGlobe Connect selected before leaving APN settings.
2. Download and install XP Psiphon from this link You do not have permission to view the full content of this post. Log in or register now.
3. Download one of the MGC Config files below:

MGC Config 2 - You do not have permission to view the full content of this post. Log in or register now.
MGC Config 3 - You do not have permission to view the full content of this post. Log in or register now.
4. Run XP Psiphon and set it to use HTTP Proxy to do this on the main screen of XP Psiphon click on the upper left 3 lines and then click on Settings, then put a check on Connect through an HTTP Proxy and make sure to select Use system network settings. (check the image below to see how to do this)
5. Import the Config into XP Psiphon by clicking + on the lower right then then selecting Import Config (Anyone of the config files will work.)
After you finish doing these steps just Connect and you once you are connected you are done.
