Hazel Wells, a ten-year-old girl who has just moved to the city of Dimphedelpia, faces a big challenge: her older brother Anthony has left her alone at university. In this strange new city, Hazel meets a magical creature named Cosmo, who claims to be her fairy godfather. Cosmo, along with his wife Wanda, who are guardian fairies, can grant Hazel's wishes. But every wish has unexpected consequences, and Hazel must learn how to use these powers properly. Along the way, she makes new friends and faces funny and sometimes dangerous adventures. This animated series is a continuation of the popular world of rather strange parents and adds new characters to this world.
