Try mo boss wipe data factory reset
Off mo muna si phone

Just hold volume up and power just if may lumabas na adroid logo bitiwan muna ..use volume key to move and power to select you will see a wipe data factory reset select tapus just yes ...then reboot and wait to boot..hope its work
