Try to Download the newest installer from the official site.

uninstalled the app using Revo uninstaller and installed the app from the official site but still the same ... by the way I'm using crack IDM

Well in that case. Turn off your antivirus or any anti malware installed in your PC. Maybe its blocking the IdMan.exe.
