This course contains the use of artificial intelligence
Use Claude to write PRDs, synthesize user research, plan roadmaps, and communicate - while keeping product judgment human.
Product managers live in documents and decisions: PRDs, specs, research synthesis, roadmaps, stakeholder updates, and launch briefs. Claude can take a large share of the writing and synthesis off your plate - turning a task like a PRD that takes hours into a strong first draft in minutes - while you keep the strategy, prioritization, and accountability that make you a PM. This course shows you how.
You'll set up Claude with Projects, Artifacts, and the product management skills, learn to prompt it for PM work, and get clear on what must stay human: customer discovery, product judgment, prioritization, and ownership of what ships. Then you'll put it to work across discovery and definition - synthesizing user research, writing PRDs and feature specs, and running competitive analysis.
On the planning and communication side you'll use Claude for roadmaps and prioritization, stakeholder updates, launch briefs, and product metrics. The final part shows how to build a reusable PM workflow with skills and projects, verify output and watch for bias, and handle data responsibly - with a capstone that runs a product from idea to launch.
By the end you'll be able to move faster on the PM craft while keeping the judgment and accountability that no tool can replace.
