The WinPE environment supports TCP/IP, NetBIOS, PPPoE, WLAN (Wi-Fi), and WebDAV. Wi-Fi connectivity requires an appropriate wireless network adapter driver.
To configure wireless networking, install the required driver through the Drivers section of the Start Menu, then use PE Network Manager and select the Wi-Fi tab to connect to an available network.
Importing WLAN Profiles
WLAN profiles can be imported from a USB flash drive using the SSTR\WLANProfile folder. Profiles can be exported with Windows or with the Smart WiFi Solution utility and then imported after WinPE starts.

The default EFI configuration uses the Microsoft standard EFI boot loader. GRUB2 can also be selected to extend functionality during UEFI booting.
Secure Boot compatibility with GRUB2 is not guaranteed on all computers, so Secure Boot should be disabled when required. GRUB2 mode also provides access to memory-testing utilities and allows Linux images to be added.
The EFI boot loader can be switched using the batch files located in the EFI/boot folder:

The Drivers method is intended for installing controller, WLAN, and other required network drivers that are not included in the WinPE environment. It is not intended for installing large driver packages such as video drivers.

The desktop wallpaper can be replaced by placing a custom image in the SSTR\MInst\Wallpaper folder. The replacement image should use the same filename as the existing Wallpaper.jpg.
Windows Installation
The assembly provides two Windows installation methods.
78Setup can install Windows versions from an install.wim or install.esd file placed in the appropriate SSTR/_WIN subfolder. Windows ISO images can also be placed in the root _WIN folder. The folder can be located in another root directory or partition.
WinNTSetup, developed by JFX, provides an additional method for deploying Windows installations.
Regarding Viruses in the Assembly
