Crowdsourcing po ako ano ano pong ISP and plans ang nagbibigay ng Dynamic IP every restart?
currently po naka Converge ako, pero static ip po bigay sakin.

i'd be interested in what your use case is.

very rare na bibigyan ka ng static IP by default. however, it's very common that whatever dynamic IP address you are assigned is "sticky", so you get the same after a reboot.
