Tulfo to Acosta: You are stupid in the name of blind loyalty.

Sen. Raffy Tulfo confronts former OVP special disbursing officer Gina Acosta over red flags in the documentation of confidential funds, specifically pointing to matching signatures under different names and the use of unverified aliases.
Asked about her diligence in overseeing the transactions, Acosta said she deferred to former OVP security officer Col. Raymund Lachica because of the sensitive nature of his field operations.
When Tulfo asked Acosta whether she considered herself smart, average or stupid, she defended her actions, saying she simply followed Lachica’s instructions in handling the confidential operations.
Tulfo then described the witness as being “stupid in the name of blind loyalty.”
