Description
Corporate security is often measured through visible activity: guards deployed, cameras installed, incidents closed and reports completed. These measures matter, but they do not show whether the organisation understands its real exposure or whether its controls will work when they are needed.
This course teaches a practical method for managing corporate security as a business-risk function. The course follows a realistic case involving Al Noor Business Park, a fictional mixed-use corporate site with offices, a warehouse, contractors, visitors, sensitive areas and several connected security events.
