Facebook Recover Method
STEP-BY-STEP:
1. Do not click "Submit Appeal." Leave your disabled account untouched for 24 hours.
2. After 24 hours, turn on a VPN and try logging in from different IP addresses.
3. Attempt login from multiple browsers in a short time — this triggers Facebook to flag your account as under attack.
4. Now log in normally from your usual network and the Facebook app, then click "Submit Appeal."
5. If asked for a selfie or ID, do not send anything. Instead, tap the settings icon on that page and select "Review Account." Close the app, reopen it, and "Submit Appeal" will change to "Review Login." Change your password, update your phone numbers and linked accounts — your account will open immediately.
NOTE: Works best on disabled/appeal-pending accounts. Results may vary. Use at your own risk.
