Ants often travel along chemical trails between their nest and a food or water source.
Cleaning visible ants without removing accessible food, s*****, and entry opportunities may only temporarily hide the problem.
Clean food residue, store attractive foods securely, and inspect where the trail enters.
If control products are necessary, follow their labels carefully and keep them away from children and pets.
