Phone Access Point Settings
Create a new configuration profile or edit your existing Globe packet data/WAP settings:

• • Connection Name: MyGlobe Connect
  • Data Bearer: Packet Data / GPRS
  • Access Point Name (APN): ://globe.com.ph
  • Proxy IP Address: 203.177.42.214
  • Proxy Port: 8080

UC Browser 8.7 Setup

• • Network Access: Set your phone permissions for UC Browser to Always Allowed or Ask First, ensuring it hooks into the "MyGlobe Connect" profile you just made.
  • Socket/HTTP Type: When launching UC Browser 8.7 for the first time, if it prompts you to choose a connection type, select HTTP instead of Socket to ensure compatibility with the MyGlobe Connect proxy.
